No, it only shows current because they are still in the grace period. they are not delinquent until after tomorrow. If the financials have been completed they would appear in the filings and there are not financials for Q4 or year end, They had a 15 days grace period to get those financials turned in and that 15 days ends tomorrow. No filings pretty much means there is no merger in the works.
