Me and the others here, search for the information that is out on the open web. From SEC filings to court case records. From company websites to general Google searches.

For me, I have been posting up all the links where I find any info so that others may verify the info. So you can see where I collect the information.

And honestly, we will not get any official word telling the big picture until Jeff/ACCA puts into the SEC filings or publicly put on their website. Until then, all we can do is find whatever snip-its of info out there and then try to figure out what they mean or how they fill out the picture. And that is all we are doing at this time.
