I disagree. I believe they are protecting shareholders by diluting the overnight run and then buying back any diluted shares later

Last time this went to 8 cents and dropped to nothing it left longs holding a bag and destroyed the credibility of the company as another worthless pump and dump This is not some fly by night shell looking to make a quick buck, they have product and employees and reli on investments. If this goes to 5cents overnight every investor will cash out and nobody will touch it for months.
