Thats hardly proof of any thing erroneous in their filings. form 15 simply deregisters the shares from the obligation to file SEC filings. QBAN still files disclosures, as an alternative filer, is current and all their disclosures are up to date. if something was wrong, the SEC would have already sanctioned them, its been over 4 years since they filed the form 15 according to you. So, where is your proof?
