Actually, I think the SEC would LOVE to see all those crappy dark defunct/STOP sign/CE tickers get current. They probably applaud the custodian guys being the catalyst for getting a large number of those tickers cleaned up.

The big red flag for the SEC is NO MOVEMENT towards compliance and transparency coupled with intense social media hype. Together that is (quite rightly!) a big red flag to the SEC.

If I could afford to buy all of them, I would not need to buy any of them and I sure wouldn't be spending time on the message boards!
