I am trying to get someone who knows something, anything... to give us some info.
But from what I can tell they can’t just “get rid” of those shares. They have to have some value. But not sure how they are going to clean this up. I would think that this would be a thorn in their sides on the balance sheet. Why don’t they just convert our shares already??? They have the PPS to do it. Just take the bullet and buy us all out of our shares. I will take 3 to 1 with a no trade clause for one year and be happy.
