Meni has total ownership of his mess as he was not paying attention. . Thus, he does not need to bring the Namaste name or their spend the company’s ( ours) finances to go back to court...again.

Conflict of interest on Menis part is at play here.

Sorry but this may bring another class action lawsuit and in some ways his action or lack thereof may actually be be more egregious and accountable than what Dollinger was accused of.
