Not sure if this was posted already: "Having read and considered the papers and being fully informed, and for good cause showing, the Court GRANTS the defendant’s motion and MODIFIES the terms and conditions of release to remove the requirement that Mr. Schena post a bond security by the equity in his house and to release the bond posed by Mr. Schena at Docket No. 28. The Clerk of the Court shall issue a deed of reconveyance to be submitted by Mr. Schena upon entry of this Order.
