let's do some math&logical together:
so if the Co is diluting as some people are saying on board
what would be the alternative the co will have?
i have 2 billion A/S and i have enough cash on hands
so i dilute my 2 Billions at 0.0015 and that will make me a poor 3 millions dollars while by just selling the restaurants i will cash 5 millions from the table???!!!!!
is that logical for you?>
maybe it is more logical that i come out with substantial news and if i need shares i will sell at higher levels .that is more logical.
one more thing regarding the 2 billion A/S :if the Co raised the A/S that would be for an upcomming aquisition that will be restricted shares filed through SB-2 and i still didn't see any proof of the increase of the A/S to 2 billion as mentionned.
the O/S should be arround 285 or 300 millions here no more
on the other hand a form 504 filed under a previous symbol is no longer valid i have asked my broker about it and i don't see any new 504 form filed so forget about that issue.
and all this volume is a pre-run volume by mm's.
