On a second thought, that might not be the case here because the early 8Ks gave a hint that A/S will be around 2.8B, then we found out thru 10K that A/S has been raised to 4.7B without any explanationa (at least not that I know of). So the only thing I can think of here is that the difference has already been used up for the upcoming acquisition(s)/merger. If so, then we find out from the upcoming PRs. If not, then will see how it plays out. Either way I'm still long here. Nothing has changed for me because I'm sure the mgmt will provide more clarity and continue to deliver as they have been because their skin is also as deeply involved here as the shareholders given that they chose to get compensated thru shares vs $, so raising the shareholders value will do them a favor also. There is a strong reason why they chose shares over $$. They know exactly how this game is played and know exactly how they will score a much higher ROI. Guess will find out soon enough. Either way I'm still excited for what's coming here. GLTA!!
