PTTN will start trading again but on the gray sheets which has little volume. It's usually death for a ticker. On OTC Markets for some reason they'll say it's trading in the "Expert Market" when it goes to the gray sheets.

Some of these stocks get a CE designation at the time of suspension but there are thousands that already have them but not suspended. A ticker like SPOI has one,PBAJ is another.

Tickers that are delinquent reporting better get their azz in gear too,or face a suspension at some point in time. The really dead,shell stocks that the SEC receives no communication from the "owners" are going down.
