Fraud...? For those of you who think this is fraud I have an honest questions. Not rhetorical or condescending. Don't you think if Roger were to be pumping the stock illegally that he would be more subtle about it and stay under the radar? I'm no criminal but he has made a lot of claims and put out a lot of information so that if it were not true I feel like it would be pretty easy to convict him...yes?

Some concerns I do have though:

1. Everything in the pipeline has yet to materialize and it keeps getting pushed back (PPE order, cleaning app, patent, audits, etc.) Also, apple does have a UV phone related patent I believe. Even if the patent does come to fruition that does not guarantee they will be able to monetize it. Cell phone companies can modify it just a little and create their own patent...yes?

2. They held a webinar about the cruise lines, but they did not have anyone from the industry, no discussion on orders, and no discussion about negotiations they may be in and when a random person would chime in they would say something like yeah thats a good idea or there was a comment made to the viewers regarding if they had any connections to the cruise lines to help connect them with Opti. Shouldn't their sales or marketing team be doing that already...? On the other hand, they might be a random viewer but that doesn't mean they don't have good ideas that the company has not thought of. Overall, the webinar may have been helpful for some but I felt it was a waste of my time. There was no hard facts, or data. As a shareholder I care about results and it was all speculation and Dr. Drew pumping up products and Optec. They did not even discuss what they are doing to get into the cruise line industry.

3. Dr. Drew...It is common to pump something up by buying someone the masses are familiar with to build trust. If they have legitimate products and business they should not need to do that. So my question regarding Dr. Drew is, did he approach Optec or did Optec approach him? How did that relationship begin?
