The CE is coming off - soon - I had an experience about 10 years ago - had several millions of restricted shares of a company - they set a future date at which time all people holding these shares could sell - I needed a 'letter of opinion' to be filed - attorney's letter was no good - he f**ked up - by the time a new letter was filed the price of stock was so low that when I sold I had enough $ (if I wanted to) buy a used car - this lawyer was for shit - the lawyers handling SFIO are OK - they just made a 'little error' that they have fixed - take a deep breath - we'll be OK :)
