Maybe there is blame which can be passed out to various sources....

However, is it really the SEC or is it greed that creates these type problems....e.g. unscrupulous individuals knowingly using hype, fluff, etc. as a means to a selfish end....

and now throw in social media as an available platform enabling these charlatans to misrepresent, manipulate, and deceive and you have the current situation...

of course, the nature of the beast in these pink sheet stocks is to somewhat expect this type behavior....

in the end maybe proceed with caution, evaluate risk vs. reward and accept the outcome....good or bad...
