It would seem to me a fair deal for EFTI holders since if you go back in history EFTI has spent millions on this technology ans it seems there is shared technology USSE and EFTI. Now all the sudden, up pops USSE with the same stuff and EFTI get nothing. However the EFTI CEO happens to own a boat load of usse shares. I think an unhappy long here could have a legal case an it would not be fun fighting that in court. Since the CC deal seems to be dead and the EME business is obviously mis-managed/poorly managed... They need to throw EFTI shareholder a bone. IMO
