Different court, jurisdiction, and judge. I would expect a similar ruling but you never know. If there is a favorable ruling for USRM's case, Fla. would then determine their legislation and guidance for stem cell treatments. It would be hard to imagine a scenario where a state would block patient access to a procedure that physicians are recommending especially a procedure that has no known significant risk factors.
