Anybody have any ideas as to how OBCN gets there without recruiting?

It's understandable the companies they acquire and the new partnership(s) will have some of their own employees but as most know, when a company is acquired or partnership is formed, the new company transmutes by performing "out with the old-and in with the new". This task should help put the new company / partnership on a new path for success.
