Everyone needs to calm down and review facts.

1) PFMS is currently listed as "Pink Limited Info" on OTC Markets.

2) Current OS was just updated on 2/26/21 and is given as 690,530,918 shares.

3) NVSOS now has a separate listing for SAM Trade which is not associated with the name "Paperfree Medical Solutions". This name change was just filed Friday (2/26/21, but became effective as of 2/25/21). This info can be found on SilverFlume, Nevada's Business Portal: https://esos.nv.gov/EntitySearch/BusinessNameHistory

4) Two documents were flied on 2/25/21 (last Thursday) on SilverFlume:
a) Amendment After Issuance of Stock
b) Certificate Pursuant to NRS 78.209

5) NRS 78.209 is used for a change in the number of authorized shares and/or a change to the articles of incorporation.

6) As of today, Authorized common shares are listed as 950M; and authorized preferred shares are listed as 50M. Trust me, or look it up yourself on SilverFlume.

My personal opinion on what to do if you still own some PFMS shares: Please give the new owner, Sam Goh, a chance to provide more info on this shell that he has apparently taken over. Either with a PR or possibly an 8-K filing. Personally, I think a PR is more likely, as PFMS is not currently an SEC filer.
