I spoke with the SEC about 3 weeks now. They don't like their names on message boards, so I respect that.



My ear hurts this morning....ALOT!

My PCAOB audit is entering the start of week #2 now...as I hired Ben on February 19, 2021.

PCAOB SHELL...ACCR has not had any REVENUE except for my monthly contributions...and we just received our February ending BANK ACCOUNT. This all took YEARS for me to develop, and I am not going to throw this all away by my social media posts. NO WAY!!! I see that PINK NO INFO sweep by the SEC halting all these PINK NO INFO...and really cleaning out the market. ACCR....Guys, I am on good terms with the SEC...because I have NEVER LIED to them.

ACCR is a GOOD COMPANY SHELL WITH ZERO REVENUE NOW...

ACCR is a box, wrapped in red ribbon.....and that never have to worry about TOXIC NOTES with me in charge.

I cheer on for VOLUME!!! There is nothing wrong with this cheer. GET OVER IT, people. Please...never discuss market price. In terms of valuation, when we spiked to $.072 high the other day....it represented valuation for ACCR at around $20,000,000.00

I saw it...and the thing is to NEVER DISCUSS future price movement. Nothing wrong with discussing historicals.

FOCUS on the structure of ACCR, and all the Articles of Amendment, and bylaws for this Corporation.
