There is NO COMPANY. Remo brought PTTN to the bankruptsy court to finish it off. Rosinski totally distanced himself from the company. Ezekiel Patten
claimed PTTN had 6 million in contracts with California Municipatities and other fortune 500 companies before Remo took over. where is the 6 million.
The fraud went on through every ticker change since 2008 when it was Kodiak, then AMEL, then IENG, and now PTTN. I know because I held my dead shares all those years because none of those frauds were ever delisted. They just changed ticker names. In addition none of the frauds were investigated by the SEC and it was SO OBVIOUS they should have been.
