Hopefully it will be obvious which patient got Brilacidin but I wonder if the double blinded was to slow down information leakage to the entity(s) that have been trying to destroy IPIX.

How is that comparable or fair in a double blinded trial that both the SOC and B arms wouldn’t be identical. To know which one to stop at 3 days would mean you knew which patients got B versus SOC. Just doesn’t make sense to me.
