From court case:
"ORDER ON STIPULATION TO CONTINUE HEARING ON DEFENDANT P3 PARTNERS, LLC'S MOTION TO DISMISS COMPLAINT by Judge Stephen V. Wilson, re Stipulation to Continue,27 . (Motion reset for hearing on 3/22/2021 at 01:30 PM before Judge Stephen V. Wilson.) Plaintiff's time to file opposing papers is continued to March 1, 2021; and Defendant P3 Partners, LLC's time to file reply papers is continued to March 8, 2021. (mrgo)"

March 1st (Monday) is important because its the deadline for the plaintiffs to file counter papers as to why P3 should stay in the case.

March 8th is for for P3 to file reply papers to plaintiffs argument.

March 22nd is for the first hearing if we get that far. It was delayed at the request of the plaintiffs as they say they are currently working with Jeff to complete a final deal.

March 31st Is the deadline I see for Jeff/ACCA to file with SEC before being delinquent with SEC.

So yes, the month of March is important for us and ACCA. While what is stated above is the course of the lawsuit, it is not set in stone. Both sides could reach a deal at any time.

Additionally, because of the lawsuit, we may see some interesting SEC filings. I know what I would like to see, But we shall see what we get when Jeff/ACCA does file.

But I have no worries. As BP Profits points out, we are not close to anything bad with SEC. Additionally we can clearly see that there has been great amounts of backing/money going into ACCA. And I see the people behind ACCA making great efforts to keep moving forward.

So its just time to sit back and wait.
