KYGRO there are a few reasons the trial will fail. Among Them:

1. The SOC Standard of Care changed from the time they started.
Patients are now placed in prone position and predominantly provided HFNC which is high flow nasal canula.

But equally important is the steroids.

2. I think you will find many if not not most of the CYDY patients entered the trial before this new " SOC ".

3. FDA is looking at the data - and wants to take OUT the patients that were enrolled at a time PRIOR to this new SOC - on both arms.

4. So there are far too few patients.

Of course this is just my opinion

BUT what is NOT MY OPINION

5. CYDY DSMB Data Safety Monitoring Board SUGGESTED ANOTHER LOOK AT DATA for INFERIORITY - but apparently NADER said NO.

So their own DSMB is or was making recommendations that the CEO refused to follow.

But we all know how they blew the HIV BLA filing.......

So history here repeats ? ....


Anyway this is just my understanding at this time. DO not ask me ASK THE CEO write to him, call him, ask him.
