This is why the new SEC Amendment kills Lazar's, as well as other custodianship plays. When they go into full effect we will no longer be able to buy shares when we see Lazar moving in on a shell. We will have to wait for a market maker to list the stock, or make a market for it. The big gains with Lazars shells are made on the bottom floor. The SEC is pulling out the bottom floor from under us.
