Certainly the better they do performance wise the higher the potential valuation. I’m intrigued by the Rialto partnership and how they’ll incorporate blockchain which appears to be Rialto’s forte. That is frequently mentioned as a hot fintech area in investment circles.

I can’t speculate on acquirers. But there are deep pockets in this area of the market, companies with the gravitas to attract far more and bigger private equity prospects to NCPL’s ATS platform than the company ever could on its own. My hunch is that day to day volume is low because the core inside majority shareholders are holding tight for a bigger payday longer term. When/if that happens...don’t know.
I’m comfortable this is a plausible thesis. Others may disagree. And of course that’s what makes a market.
