Although I googled the name before asking the question, I did find the Todd Harrison from CB1 Capital, but wanted some verification. It would make sense that someone from the industry had some knowledge of future cannabis legislation. I just wanted to have verification, I was not sure if the person in the link was political or in the cannabis industry.

None the less, the Safe Act would be very helpful to the cannabis and banking industry and create a economic engine. Many loans from VC's would be converted to single digit interest rates through banks. Many cannabis companies would become profitable over night so to speak.
