Can you tell me what section liquidation is under in the 3rd amended and restated order? I believe it's RESTRUCTURING. So in reality the real disagreement is how it ends. Was the intent to leave a debt ridden shell or was the intent to be in the best interest of the Debtor, it Creditors and other Parties of Interest? TBD. Rickie says the outcome is the "ultimate sale of company" but i'm sure he doesn't know shit right; just saving face...
