Interesting that you would use Robinhood as an example, a private company that is anything but transparent in how it makes money, and
has had multiple issues lately.

... and as Robinhood is a private company, where are you finding information on profitability?

Also, are you saying its not necessary for NCPL to be profitable?

not sure I understand what youre trying to say here?

Isnt NCPL currently a stand alone company, I dont think its a subsidiary is it, at least I didnt see that in the last profile page I checked?

"end to end application", "digitized approach" , sounds like hokum to me, which could be why NCPL had 8 shares trade yesterday?

I'm still hoping you can, in plain language even I can understand,
tell me why anyone should be bullish?

"Great question. Helpful but not necessary to be profitable as a stand alone company. Reference how Robinhood until very recently bled red ink. An end to end application that can offer issuers a digitized approach to private capital raises is is of immediate interest to major brokers or asset managers (I.e., buy vs. build)
What NCPL can do with Rialto (and I would not be surprised if there is a formal merger between the the two in the future) ensures regulatory compliance, solves liquidity and transparency problems, and saves issuers time and $. Its also in lockstep with the social aspect of democratizing markets for the little guy. So it’s valuable for issuers, investors, and regulators."
