Why would they? OTC pink only requires companies to obtain quotes from a broker dealer registered with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority and aren’t required to file with the SEC they can provide as much or as little info as they want hence the stop sign , OTC pink that states “Delinquent SEC reporting” is there only to inform investors. A lot ppl are selling for no reason .
