No one is lying. Well some folks are if they’re saying they think there is hope. But this Colin isn’t lying. There will be no CH11, the bankrupcty is closed. You have to be careful going all in here because how will you get back to the CCAA after this turns out to be nothing?? And it is assuredly nothing. I think there is a chance it is literally an exceptional move like the 10th report to cancel the shares stateside given the CCAA couldn’t. But for sure there will not be any bankrupcty proceedings for an already liquidated company.
