No. A jillion scams on chat boards pay people to do awareness campaigns and it's not illegal. Morally corrupt, yes, illegal no.
But, you've been caught numerous times lying about not paying anyone ever.
It's not about things someone does to build a company, it's about being a complete fraud in doing so. To just forget the past and present past of your conduct would be to throw away the future. To ignore the past in scam stock selling is to guarantee the total loss of future money.
And what kind of person accepts unsolicited offers and then blames the guy who offers? That's like buying the dvd player box from the guy on the corner for 10 bucks, fully knowing it would cost 100 bucks at the store only to get home and find jars full of water and cigarette butts
packed in there instead. Then you blame the guy on the corner.
