And yes, we all wish Jef had 50 million in cash lying around to buy companies, and build warehouses but of course he doesn't!! People need to be realistic and understand that you have to borrow and spend money to grow a business. It all depends on what you're doing with the money!? If this were for salaries that would be one thing but this offering is for SIML acquisition?, licenses, and Worldwide expansion! What could they better use the money for?
