To be accurate in the share count I think TD Amer. and others reporting
2.46 Billion outstanding is out of date. The OTC recently updated BBRW
and the share count has apparently been verified at the 3.9 B figure.
OTC Pennies are not updated very often on many Trading platforms and
many websites.
