Those estimates seem in the ballpark to me. Reasonable to assume operating margins increase if sales spike in 2020. They've been pretty good with keeping SG&A in line especially in the past 4 years so if sales spike and gross margin % is the same then we're good! It all depends on what the top line sales # is IMO. Ugh, and as you point out taxes!

I do think they should have a good dividend payout ratio. It doesn't look like they have good paths to deploy the excess cash they're generating so they should dividend it out. And boy relative to the market cap, the cash is piling up.

One other thing with dividends and OTC listed stocks is it gives confidence to new investors that these guys are honest and that the #s are real. Everyone knows the OTC market has a ton of shady companies on there and so by $PCHM paying out a good portion of their earnings in dividends it proves their business is a good one and that management actually respects their shareholders. The share price really started to move after they declared that first dividend a couple yrs back.
