Supply and Demand! The lower the Supply the greater the Demand. Imagine that you have the only apple tree in a small town and come harvest time people come knocking on your door to buy an apple or two. You sell them for 10 cents each. But as the season goes on more people want more apples so you raise your price to 20 cents a piece. People start buying them by the bushel and your supply is running low, so people think. They start selling your apples to their out lying neighbors for twice what they paid for them and the demand keeps going up as well as your price. You keep putting bushel after bushel out for sale. They think the only supply of your apples is that one luscious tree in your back yard. Then one day a hunter stumbles on your back 40 acres and discovers a whole orchard of apples, with loaded bushels ready to go!!! Hmmmmm? I wonder what happens to the price of your apples when word gets out? That is why, in PennyLand, I try to buy a stock with a FIXED Authorized Share limit at a Half Billion or less 450,000,000 is even better. It is not so easy to do a Reverse Split greatly reducing the number of shares on the market. The best scenario is for the company to REDUCE the number of shares on the market by doing a buy back. That will help the stock price to go up. Have a great weekend and stay safe. $AEXE
