I thinks it's amazing that someone could post a three part opinion on a document with out reading it correctly.

The document clearly states that it is a certificate of change. It then states the current AS as 950M in section 2 and then states that it will be 1.1B after the change in section 3. In section 4 it states that each 750 shares of common stock will be converted to 1.

This is how the RS is filed with NVSOS. I'm not sure how FINRA gets it but if it gets approved there, will be listed as a reverse split. So, not sure if this will all come to fruition, but what is certain is Lazar has given control to Sam who has filed docs with NVSOS to change the name of the company and to raise the AS and RS the common stock.
