My understanding is that if PTTN doesn't meet requirements, it would go to grays. I believe I have traded(sold) some stock on grays before through my TDAmeritrade account. If I remember correctly, they don't issue a bid or ask. You just have to see what the last trade was and try(hit or miss) to place an order price that will execute. Can't remember the last stock I sold on grays, but I got less for it than it was before. Seems there was some interesting action, though, at times.
