My mistake. Yesterday one of the ones that got halted got reinstated but was only 1 years behind in filings. This one is 2 years behind. They are really cracking down on these OTC companies because there are so many P&D's out there. All has to do with the new rules for the OTC markets. Usually they try and contact the company before unless they know fraud is being committed to tell them to get there house in order. No response or not like what they hear then suspended. All i can tell you.

I have one suspended because they had improper labeling on there covid product and not proper disclosure. Sucks but is what it is. Play these long enough you get burned.
