BFCH has a VERIFIED otcmarkets profile... 1 thing I noticed of all these suspensions is NOT having a ?VERIFIED PROFILE. If a co. has one I thing the risk is very low imo...Main thing they are looking at is SEC non-filers, dead tickers/companies where they get NO response or contact from when they reach out to them.
