Obviously they don’t. I love when they point to the TA as the reason for the delay as if they have no control over their own TA. If that were true then why are they paying a TA who isn’t doing their job and secondly, how many years have we heard about the 700. It’s like getting that retired is akin to the Manhattan Project in that it’s so complex and takes years to complete. It’s just silly and we’re played for fools believing this nonsense. So yes, I believe the failure to retire the 1.2 after so much time is crushing the stock price. Incompetence is contagious.
