$RXMD 30 cents update - I spoke to Armen for about 20 minutes this afternoon and almost lost my phone signal towards the end. He was nice enough waiting patiently until he answered all my questions.
1. Eagleforce Telemedicine
PharmCo just updated its website and included Telemedicine (shown as "coming soon"). I asked him about the Eagleforce partnership. He said they are currently working on phase 1, the digital passport for covid vaccination record etc. The phase 2 will include complete patient scheduling, telehealth, and tele-pharmacy platform services. MyApps (remember CallingDr?) is helping them design the TPA platform for 340B programs.
2. Keycentrix Newleaf
PharmCo has been using Rx30 pharmacy centric system in the past. They are switching over to the Newleaf platform because the Keycentrix team was much more flexible and can provide customized interface that fits their needs better. The new platform was also designed for telemedicine business. The Hallandale location has converted their system to the Newleaf. The other locations will follow.
3. CBD
He said the new Administration might be more flexible towards deregulating CBD. They can’t wait to launch their own CBD products once the federal government can make this happen.
4. Hiring
PharmCo just put up a new Careers page on their website. He said the company is fast growing and needs more people to join for both part-time and full-time positions.
5. Expansions into other states
They will either get licenses from other states one by one, or might go nationwide through another pharmacy. He said they just need more people (to do such work).
6. January Revenue
As he said before, all PRs now need to be reviewed by their attorney team first due to the Quiet Period. The whole Finance Department is currently fully focusing on completing the 2020 annual report. But they will announce the January number soon.
7. 2020 Financial Report
The audited 2020 report will be completed by the end of March. The auditing company is Daszkal Bolton.
8. Shareholder’s Letter
They will release a Shareholder’s Letter.
9. S-1
The S-1 has been reviewed by the SEC several times. Everything looks good. The audited 2020 financial report will be a most critical part to complete the filing. The S-1 will go public once SEC has all the information they need, most likely after the financial report comes out.
Monday is the first day of March. All bomb news will be coming out this month. 30 cents minimum in March. (These are my words)
