This is why the 750:1 RS claim is nonsense:

First 1.1 billion divided by 750 equals about 1.45 million. Does anyone here think Sammy will run this company with only 1.45 million shares?

Second, the document fails to provide the notice required by law to alert shareholders to an impending rs. It does not contain the word split, let alone reverse split.

Third, Sammy and Lazar are pros. This document is the poorest attempt to announce an rs in stock history if that is what it is meant to be.

Fourth, when shrewd Asians use an rm to enter our markets they hate us figuring them out this early and will typically shake the hell out of the tree. That is when the humongous Asian investment begins.

I cannot be certain but i have an educated guess that this is not a reverse split notice and if it is it cannot possibly go off at 750 to one.
