People trading the OTC are free to believe whatever myths they choose, be it that MMs blatantly and illegally manipulate the markets with impunity or that people short $.0001 dead garbage tickers like ENCS.

Whatever moves the stock price goes in the land of the OTC.

But neither myth sees to be working very well with ENCS. Go figure.

You can lead a horse to water. But you can't make him get down on one knee and do an Al Jolson impression!
