Profit taking and Flipping. Big blocks of shares bought several ticks lower with the intention of selling at the 0019. When the number of shares sold exceeds the number of shares bought at a certain price it forces the market down.

Just like in the reverse when the number of shares bought at a given price exceeds the number sold it forces the price higher.

Can an OTC stock reach .25? Yes. It's very possible. Especially during the current markets. Probability is a whole different thing. There are currently a few stocks that started a run in the low trip 0's that have gone up to .25. .50 .75 $1 and higher. Will they all go that high? No.

I'll try to post a pic of the L2 for AEXE Monday. That might make it all make more sense.........
