if naked short is driving these north as so many speculate over the years, how does the certified shares held with the dtc impact the ability to cover, if at all. down here there is not the desire or horsepower to have the money flows when pps is up 100-200x . and if true, the transfer of wealth occurring will have some long term effects on valuations and future money flow.
