"The ratio does not matter at all"

a 1 - 5 r/s means you needed a little help getting onto nasdaq...

a 1 - 10 r/s means you needed a little more help getting on nasdaq...

a 1 - 100 r/s means you have no business being on nasdaq...

common sense applies in the stock market just like everywhere else...

"There is no difference in value and the liquidity argument is ridiculous considering there will still be millions of shares to trade even at 100:1."

at a 1-100 r/s, the o/s will be 8.5 million...2 mil of which is owned by kim and is not traded...around 1 mil will be owned by hedge fund(s)..other stock owned by others is about another 1 mil shares...

so the float may be about 4.5 mil shares...the average daily trades of kblb can be generously pegged at about 1 mil per day...that would mean about 10k shares traded after the split...

10k shares will be the daily trading activity after the split?...with 4.5 mil in the float?...what investors or traders on nasdaq do you imagine are going to want to buy or trade kblb shares with that kind of liquidity?...heres a hint...NONE

heres another clue...the hedge fund with its million shares and kblb's low float will make kblb its little play thing...they will control the price movement of kblb......now how many nasdaq investors will want in on that?....thats right...NONE

"The dilution included with the R/S will have a tiny effect on your overall ownership."

the effect of the dilution will not be tiny...it will in fact be significant...or a whole lot more...depending..

"The cash from that dilution will be invaluable for growing the production capabilities."

yes it can be of great use...and could help, down the road...but in the meantime, is not likely to anything but bad for shareholders...

"The ability to attract institutional investors will have a massive benefit on the share price initially and will allow the share price to stabilize after the first run."

institutional investors will not give a crap about kblb...down the perhaps...but that will be way down the road...

"It's the best move Kim could make."

its is an unnecessary and completely stupid move...

"I truly don't understand why the R/S would keep someone from buying or cause someone to sell this company."

you do now...
