It hasn't happened here. Yet and hope it doesn't. It's all about being pumped on social media with false info and no filings. Usually the SEC tries to contact the company and if get no response or not one they want then they get halted and sent to the greys which is called the expert market now. There they usually die a slow death.
The expert market has no bid or ask and it only trades matched trades. If you are going to trade stocks you need to educate yourself about these things. Not being a smart azz. Just saying!
