Marijuana is a part of GERS, of that there is now no debate.

You're wrong. I'm debating it. The word "marijuana" isn't mentioned anywhere on the Greenshift website, including their About page. Here's the first paragraph, without the italics and the boldfacing which are hiding the lack of any substancial facts.

GreenShift Corporation facilitates the more efficient use of natural resources by developing and commercializing technology-driven economic incentives that motivate large groups of people and companies to shift their consumption habits, and thereby make incremental environmental contributions that are collectively disruptive.

The second paragraph of their About page summarized their efforts in "the renewable fuels industry".

... where the company developed and commercialized patented technologies that integrated into the backend of corn ethanol plants to extract and recover a historically-overlooked natural resource – inedible crude corn oil, for use in the production of advanced carbon-neutral liquid fuels and other biomass-derived alternatives to fossil fuel derivatives.

The rest of that page, seven long paragraphs (except for the very last one, quoted below), never mentions any Greenshift product or technology. Not one.

That is GreenShift’s continuing mission: to develop and commercialize technology-driven economic incentives that empower and leverage populations and industries to deliver globally-meaningful financial, natural and social gains, in balance with local and global ecosystems. To contribute to sustaining our home so that it can sustain us.

The closest approximation to an actual company product is found on their Natural Solutions page.

"GreenShift designs technologies to increase production, reduce consumption, and minimize waste for pre-existing manufacturing assets."

As you know, Greenshift's Portfolio page and their Investors page are empty, and as you also know (because I have mentioned it on this board several times), the company deleted two statements that were written during the last two years and that were posted on the Greenshift website. These statements had incomplete but helpful information about the company's financial health.

Even if Greenshift's financial health is very different now, those statements were interesting and possibly useful to anyone who cared about the history of this company. A person like that could've estimated the company's future growth after accounting for the expenses of the lawsuit and the loss of the disputed patents.

Hey Kevin, do you care ahout Greenshift's "common" shareholders, you know, the ones who don't own any Class G shares? If you do, how about proving it by giving us the minimum amount of information that we will need to do some due dilligence
