The OS is going to grow a lot more now that the share price is going lower. They have to sell a lot more shares now to keep the company alive. Without the govt free money and the offering ABMC would be done for. They are not delivering on Covid related sales and their drug testing business is suffering. I’m sorry to say but there’s a reason Chaim Davis left. In my opinion he sees the writing on the wall
