Just spoke with Rhonda at Nevada SOS.
She confirmed the split. But she did say it looked like a small increase then a R/S. of 750/1. She said she filed it all herself this morning and is just a clerk and really not familiar with all the meanings of the filings. I did ask her about the date of effectiveness and she said that was optional. Which makes no sense .


SO now we wait for contact from the company. This is confirmation unlike zoomout out that samtrade is in fact the owner of the shell. Which is a good thing. now we need confirmation they have no plans of staying down here in the cess pool and we should be fine. The value is the value.
